Decisions in Paradise III
In this final phase of decisions in paradise we will be discussing the different decision making steps that Light House Communications Technologies (LHCT) and the people of Kava will have to make in order to restore the country and the people who live in Kava back to every day of life rituals. In this stage of the decision making process known as Decisions in Paradise III Nik and Alex will have to implement their plan to help the people of kava, once the plan has been implemented it is still far from being over. After the implementation of the decision has taken place measuring the progress is going to vital to ensure that the process is staying on time and on track.
In Decisions in Paradise II we covered several different aspects of critical thinking. We covered how to identify the problem, how to define the criteria of the problem, how to place goals and objective to help solve the problem at hand, how to evaluate the effect of the problem, as well as how to identify the cause of the problem. Now that we have a firm understanding of what has been discussed and what needs to happen in order to move to implementation of the plan we can move into the factors affecting decision implementation.
Factors affecting decision implementation
It has come to the attention of LHCT and the people of Kava that there are four key factors affecting the decision implementation. The four key factors which include the companies overall image, convincing stakeholders that this a worth while investment for the long term, the type of technology that will be put in place, and the environment that the technology needs to shared with.
