1. What challenges did you encounter this week, and how did you overcome or solve those challenges?

* One challenge I encountered this week was a communication error while placing a stock order. The vendor was under the impression that the credit card I was using was under Etna Supply Company when in fact it was not. This caused the vendor to bill the wrong account. In order to fix this I had to contact the vendor’s accounting office and explain the mix up.
