Internship is a valuable experience.

To begin with, Internship is an activity which students, under graduates or post graduates, possibly everyone who would like to get certification or just want to learn how to work in a real company. If someone want to apply for job to one company, the common question people found is about their experience of working. One example of that is internship, not only it is important to apply for a job opportunity, but also it is offering lots of valuable experience. For instance you will not just find theoretical experience but also you will find life lesson on it, and you will find the best companion.

Firstly, in School or University, we learn anything according to books and programs in computer. Of course all of that is good, and it will ease our work in a company in the future. However when we do an internship or a real job, the lesson that we will find is not similar like when we are in school or university. It is about survival, we can find life lesson from it, and for example time is important. For a company time is money and if we are not productive we will bring loss to a company and ourselves. Beside that we could also find, people judging others from their appearance, so not only in the society but also in the working environment people will judge others based on their appearance. Your appearance defines your status, your attitude, and nevertheless your productivity.

Secondly, with an environment like school and university we will find lots of friends and foes. But in a real working environment like internship basically everyone are competing each other’s. Competing to be the best for sure, so what we will find is a situation to choose the best companion which have same goals. My opinion about this, it is not about diversity of attitude, but it is more about different mission and vision people have, as the result they tend to make group in working environment.
