It’s is said that autocratic leaders like Mr. Padua could be possibly scare away talents and creative people from the way he would be handling the Fruit Puree Division. Autocratic style of leadership would gain ground in times of emergency and the experience of the leader would be a major factor in gaining success. If I were to choose to replace him, I would still adamantly keep him basing from his six years of experience and expertise. As a specialized Division already focusing on “puree” I would accept the thought the there is not much creative people required on such area thus I would leave this to Mr. Padua to manage and keep his leadership style.

Mr. Padua is a straight forward person. He will not just change his ways and believes that he cannot be what he was not. On my point of view, even though he cares, he is not that vulnerable and was afraid of losing his authority. With this, there’s a big impact on how he deals with others and can hardly express his feelings. Moreover, he is always serious and always wants to keep professionality

1. Mrs. Nakpil is really great in what she does. She knows how to perform her job more than what is expected. But being a good at something comes with being good with other people too. Mrs. Nakpil had a very bad temper. No matter how good you are, you’ll never excel in something long enough if you are impudent. Mrs. Nakpil should have kept the communication between her and Mr. Olondriz open and helped each other in solving the company’s issues. 

2. If I was Mrs. Nakpil, I would have immediately approach Mr. Olondriz and talk to him about what have occurred with my work and probably ask for another meeting to clear things out and re-talk the issue. Nothing will be ever accomplished if there is no proper communication.

3. I believe that Mr. Olondriz is “The Executive” type of leader. He is very outspoken and says what he wants to say but never leaves the job unfulfilled. He has a little patience with disorganization....
