Colonialism is the expansion of one country into new territories. It can therefore be seen as a form of globalization in that it led to interconnections between countries in different parts of the world. Compare and contrast 19th century colonialism and contemporary globalization.

In fact, contemporary globalization in history have emerged once and colonization. The fundamental process of colonization is the process of integrated world.
