Technology has changed the way managers define the performance of tasks within an organizational structure.

1. Create an initial post by:

(a) identifying and discussing one current technology that has impacted the management of performance of tasks for your current (or desired) business or industry

(b) identifying and discussing the impact one future technology (real or imagined) could have on the management of performance of tasks for your current (or desired) business or industry within the next 5 – 10 years (e.g. virtual reality, 3D-printing, holograms, robots, AI, etc.)

(c) describing the challenges that that future technology will create with respect to organizational structure and management stability.

For this part of the activity you must cite and reference at least one resource from each learning theme (minimum of two resources).

One initial post due by Thursday 11:59 p.m. EST.

1. Respond to two classmates’ post by:

(a) providing at least three resource-based strategies (i.e. strategies taken from our course materials) for maintaining stability within the organization described by your classmate with respect to the challenges brought on by the impact of the future technology.

For this part of the activity you must cite and reference at least two resources in each response.
