Lindbergh Baby Case
Introduction
In this analysis I will be discussing the Lindbergh case and how it all lead down to the execution of the guilty defendant. The case is about an abduction of Charles Lindbergh Jr, which was abducted March 1, 1932. He was 20 months old and was the son of Charles and Anne Lindbergh. Charles Sr was well known for his trip nonstop over the Atlantic from New York City all the way to Paris, which led to him being very wealthy. One night after the nurse Betty Gow went to check on Charles Jr abduction happen between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. that night. It was very suspicious because it was raining that night and the house had everyone there but nobody didn’t hear anything, and there was no residue from shoes. Another thing was that the person who took the little boy knew exactly where the baby boy’s room was located in the house. There was many people a suspect in this case including the Lindbergh family, the household members, and Bruno Richard Hauptman.

The court would be where they would go to prosecute the person that is in custody for the abduction and murder. Once a person has been arrested, tried, and sentenced, the correctional process begins, (Schmallegar, F.,). The correctional process can be jail time, probation, parole, prison, capital punishments,...
