Executive Summary

Blozis, a company that is highly regarded as one of the most successful manufacturers of highly technical equipment has a gross sales of $16 million dollars. There team of highly trained and knowledgeable engineers can either make to purchase applications or keep up with the market and stock highly useful products for off the shelf sale. People see Blozis as a highly dependable business that sell products that make work easier and life simpler. What the ordinary every day customer does not know about Blozis is their issues surrounding their supply chain. Issues such as material and product being lost in the company, invoices not being paid on time which cause loss of early payment discounts, discounts that can help reduce cost for the end consumer. Communication is Blozis across various departments is also subpar, each department seems to not know what the other department is doing. Something that can prove to be very detrimental to a supply chain. Having this said, I have come up with a proven method that will positively change Blozis supply chain forever. A method that will lead to better communication across departments, less finances being thrown to the wind, less headaches in each department, and shorter lead times for customers. This method is known as a supply chain strategy. A method that once implemented will change Blozis forever, positively.
