Most of the population throughout Colombia is in the bigger cities such as Bogota, Medellin, Cali and Barranquilla. 76% of the people living in Colombia live in urban areas. When marketing to the people in the larger cities, marketers can target a large group of people with similar interests. Life in larger cities is more expensive, meaning that those living in larger cities are willing to spend more money on necessities and none necessities. These larger cities also have a larger population of people online.
