Specifications:

Install all components, as per drawings, specifications and to the requirements of local building codes, and plumbing codes.

All material to be C.S.A. approved.

Supply own tools and equipment necessary to complete all work.

Arrange necessary inspections.

Layout locations of fixtures, taps and drains on site with owner.

Arrange and co-ordinate delivery of all materials.

Arrange for service layout and connect service with local utility.

Repair any damage incurred from installations.

Install separate shut offs to all locations for both hot and cold potable water supply.

Obtain and pay for required permits.
