Code of Ethics

The association was founded with the highest code of ethics in mind, which demanded safety both of the customers and the employees. These standards will be continued, with advancements in training, chemicals, equipment, and safety.

Customer

• To meet or exceeds the customers’ expectations that were created by the company.

• Inform customers of consequences to health and property with existing pest problems, and to suggest ways to correct the problem and to prevent it in the future. While upholding current professional standards in the industry. This includes state, federal, and local regulations.

• Will provide competent services by ensuring that pest inspectors have current training and certifications in the pest control industry.

• Respect the confidentiality of information obtained in the course of business except when authorized or otherwise legally obligated to disclose the information.

• Will not deny anyone services in relation to race, creed sex, or nationality.

Employee

• Will provide training to all employees, to meet or exceed current training in their field.

• Will hire highest quality individuals.

• Will provide adequate wages and benefits so employees can maintain a reasonable standard of living.

• Will recognize displays of talent and ability with proper recognition.

• Will not discriminate according to race, creed, sex, or nationality

Community

• Will respect the reputation of competing pest control companies.

• Will act in a professional and appropriate manner in response to competing companies.

• Will provide skilled and professional services in accordance to laws and regulations.

• Avoid using untruthful or misleading advertising and statements

• Promote involvement within the community.

Environment

• To provide the highest quality of service possible in a safe efficient manner in order to meet or exceed local, state, and federal regulations.
