EXtreme Cricket

I guess the figure of 29 went very horrible during this world cup campaign of the Pakistan cricket team. Last time it was New Zealand where tailor tore us in the last 29 balls. This time it was the good old rival India who qualified for the World cup final to face Sri Lanka in Mumbai by beating us by 29 runs.

I just want to appreciate the team’s overall performance in the world cup because road to that world cup was not very much relaxed, it was highly barbed with allegations the terrorist activities to throw our team out of the cricketing world which all started way back in England during that lords test match and after the infamous deliveries, the news flashed which heavily dented our bowling line to miss the Aamirs and the Aasifs of Pakistan cricket. As a captain he has played 29 matches out which Pakistan won 15 of those and the opposition was England, South Africa and New Zealand. Fair enough for his captaincy. As far as the bowling goes in 28 innings he took 41 wickets with a wicket every 28 balls. 21 of the wickets came in last 7 matches in the world cup. He took his team to the next level facing every opposition bravely fearlessly fulfilling the promise of reaching a world cup semifinal.
