My Responsible Beverage Alcohol Service General audit was conducted at the STL Finest Bar and Grill. Overall there was very good positive feedback from the employee that I asked questions to. This Bar for the most part handles their business the way there supposes to as a bar, but there are a few things that can be improved by this staff. This bar is one of Saint Louis busiest bars so safety is a must dealing with this bar and they are safe.

When it came to establishing a responsible beverage alcohol service there was a lot of positives but one concern. This bar always review past records of alcohol related incidents daily which is a big deal in case something happens they can evaluate and see when was the less incident and things of that nature. Another thing is there written policies are updated and evaluated and that is good it keeps them from getting into any trouble when it comes to inspection. Some more positives is that they developed a good working relationship with local hospitality associations and law enforcement agencies. The problem that this bar had is they don’t record the designated drivers name in a log which is important to do because if there happened to be a bad incident dealing with the designated driver that night the police would need to find info on that person like when did they come into the bar and when did they leave the bar. This is something the bar needs to look into having to maintain control of certain r situations. This log for designated drivers is needed as soon as possible to avoid infractions or cases. Other than that problem the bar stays on top of everything else they ensure that the designated driver is not served beverage alcohol which is key because if the driver did drink and then drive he could possibly put people lives in jeopardy.
