It is our company’s commitment to serve the public with an overall sense of community.

Environmental Approach

Operating in an environmentally friendly way, especially to the cities and towns in which we have locations is crucial. It is the responsibility of T.G.I.Fridays to build and operate environmentally safe locations and offices with respect to the areas we move to. We will practice corporate sustainability and give back to the communities we operate in, by having all levels of employees volunteer.

Quality and Service

Good quality and service are expected of all location employees. Employees must understand that they represent the company as a whole, and must agree to provide customers with the greatest quality and service. Any less and employees will be subject to appropriate repercussions.

Integrity and Honesty

Policies of integrity and honesty will be followed at all times by all employees. Operations under these policies will be beneficial to the business as a whole by ensuring the company is being run in the way it was originally established. Any employee that does not follow this policy will be subject to proper punishment.

Communication

Good communication is required for all levels of employees and management. T.G.I.Fridays will use an open-door policy, so as to keep in line with our integrity and honesty policies.

 

Customer Satisfaction

Customer service is the company’s top priority. This will require each location to follow the company guidelines precisely. Good food, good atmosphere, and good service will all attribute to high customer satisfaction. All three elements must be constantly monitored by managers and act immediately if any element falls short.
