Career Development Plan Part 1

The merged with InterClean and Enviro Tech is an intelligent business move. However, InterClean has taken on a strategic direction. InterClean will not only sell cleaning products but also accommodate health care organizations with full service cleaning solutions. As sales manager for InterClean, I will select new members for the sale team and create a development plan for success.

Employment interviewing is the appropriate job analysis method. For the simple fact, it gives the applicant and potential employee the opportunity to learn more about each other. Furthermore, as sales manager for InterClean I am currently seeking six candidates for the sales department at InterClean. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and two to five years of experience in health sales. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management is required because employees must have knowledge in marketing, sells, and customer focus. In addition, applicants must have the ability to convince customers to purchase products or service. Also candidates must be equip with a strong work ethic. On the other hand a strong work ethic displays employees are ready for challenges and are self-discipline. Success comes with effort; however, possessing a strong work ethic is well needed.

Communication skills are important in all forms of business. Employees must be able to give out information clear and accurate. However, to have excellent customer service skills one must be able to explain company polices in detail to customers and answer his or her questions. Customer service communications skills are the most affected in the business world. Employees are expected to meet production goals set for his or her department. In addition employees must be accurate, have people skills, and build a positive relationship with customers. In conclusion, employees are required to market through phone calls to hospitals and medical facilities.
