After Brittany got off work at 10 PM she told me she was going to go to Friday’s. She didn’t tell me who she was with until I texted her about an hour later. She said she was hanging out with a friend she hasn’t talked to in awhile. I haven’t heard about this guy before from her and this caused me to get a little paranoid. After her emotionally cheating on me and me forgiving her how can she do this to me?

Once she told me she was seeing this guy I told her we can work this all out. That we would go back to normal but I warned her I was going to be paranoid. She said she understood and told me she will text me wherever she is at and who she is with to help relieve my paranoia. She stopped texting me at around 12:30 and the last thing I heard from her was that she was playing pool for “a little bit”. I called her multiple times and received no answer. I started to freak out. I felt my heart pounding in my chest when I was laying in bed waiting for a call back.

The two places to play pool here both close at 2:00 AM and it was nearing 2:30. I got dressed and looked around at all the places she could possibly be. I couldn’t believe this shit was happening. I know she feels terrible for cheating on me but I can’t trust that she isn’t going to do it again. I gave up looking and started to drive home. And that’s when she called.

She said she was at the apartment and I told her I would be home soon. I got there and told her to have a seat. I told her, in the sternest voice I could muster, that she needs to pack up her shit and leave. I want a month break away from her and by her actions these last several weeks, she needs a break from me. She told me that she didn’t check her phone and forgot to turn her ringtone on even after I told her to. She got up and started packing her things. I wasn’t done.
