Project Location: 3 Auto Park Drive (aka 14 Plaza Drive) in between Northway and SR 9, north of Exit 7 ramps.

Considerations: Site plan for three, multistory office buildings totaling 390,541 s.f., a two story parking structure for 480 cars, as well as parking lots with a total of 1,195 spaces. The property is adjacent to an existing office park to the north and is connected by an internal street to that development as well as having a second access to SR 9 by way of Autopark Drive. There is a utility right of way for National Grid that is directly adjacent to the north property line. Part of the proposed site's parking lot (approximately 213 spaces) is located within the National Grid property of 3 acres. Applicant states this is allowed by a previous variance granted for storage of vehicles. There are existing stormwater management basins that were built with the first phase of this parcel development and will be expanded. There is a stormwater basin located within the National Grid property. Applicant states Town GEIS for Bought Road area will suffice for traffic study. There is a proposed Walmart retail store (ACPB reviewed in February 2008, case #07-08/02/00243) across Autopark Dr. from this site that will utilize the same intersection with SR 9.
