Club IT Part One

Club IT is a state - of - the - art entertainment facility catering to individuals seeking good food, dancing, and value - based entertainment. The staff not only works hard, they interact well with the nightly club patrons. A nightclub should be enjoyable places with a fun atmosphere. With the owners nightclub experience and business degrees Club IT should be a success. To remain competitive and increase success, Club IT must upgrade its information technology, data management, and decision-making capabilities.

Club IT’s mission is to provide entertainment to the 30 something crowd. The club prides itself on providing the best DJ that plays hip-hop, techno, electronic, and Top 40s via MP3 along with live music bands. Club IT offers a 600 square foot dance floor with plenty of room to dance. Club IT has a variety of music to offer from local bands to country and jazz. Our staff on hand is knowledgeable about the establishment and is here to please. Club IT offers a safe environment to it clientele.

After spending a Friday evening at Club IT, I call a meeting call with Lisa, Ruben, and the staff members to understand what are the best decisions to continue to keep the club a place where customers want to come have an enjoyable experience and continue to return.

In looking at Club IT’s intranet system all employees use the same password to enter the club’s website. Changing the password to log into the clubs website to a unique password and user id makes the site more secure and protects the owners and the staff. The password is good for nine months and after that period it will expire, prompting the user to change it. After 30 days of a password not being used, it will become invalid causing the owners to either reset it or to redo the profile of the user.
