Salary RM Incentive Plan

Incentive Gate: The salary RM’s incentive plan will be subject to the following gates

• A minimum 3 corporate codes need to be empanelled in a month

• Minimum total salary upload value of 10 lakhs or above in the accounts from each of the the above new corporates – salary upload to be checked as in M2 for accts opened in M0

• However, if 2 corporates opened then salary upload in M2 should be 20 lakh each to qualify gate

Incentive Payout: Incentive will be paid out to the RM basis the payout grid below. The accounts which will qualify as accounts from new corporates will be as per the following criteria:

• The salary accounts opened under a corporate code empanelled in M0 i.e. the month of evaluation and for corporate codes empanelled in the 4 mths preceding M0 will be taken at their actual numbers. For example, for July incentive, accounts opened in July mapped to the corporate codes empanelled in mths of March, April, May, June and July only will be counted as 1 a/c for each a/c opened.

• Accounts from old corporates : A/Cs from corporates empanelled before 4 mths preceding the month of evaluation will be counted as 1/3rd. So, 300 such accts opened in July for corporates codes opened before March will count as 100 for the purpose of inc calc

• Hence, there is in effect a 3X for getting accts from new corporates compared to old corporates

• Payout will be basis the following grid:
