The globalization and liberalization of enterprises have been inevitably becoming a trend in manufacture, consumption as well as marketing under the impact of the extension in economy, the conceptual evolution in supply chain, the progress in the information and communication technology, and the deregulation of international banking and conveyance. For surviving, enterprises are forced seeking resources oversea. The management globalization caused the enterprises to account the whole earth as a hinterland. They integrate the resources around the world in-depth, and try to accomplish a great task with little effort by fully utilizing the limited resources, and therefore augment the competitive advantage of the enterprises. Logistics industry hence plays a crucial role in impelling the operation of enterprises unhindered worldwide.

The KSF for Taiwanese logistics industries accessing into the global market are the major discussion of this study. For strengthening the integrity of the content, the secondary data was coordinated with the primary data obtained from marketing questionnaire survey and the interview to industries. The questionnaire was constructed with five dimensions, and they are: 1. enterprise structures, 2. competitive environment, 3. transaction contents, 4. information technology, 5. policies and enactments. The corresponsive importance among the KSF raised was clarified via the cautious professional questionnaire joined with a solid data analysis and fuzzy AHP ranking.

The issue of KSF was first proposed by Daniel (1961) who mentioned that most of the successful enterprises possess three to six fundamental elements. A company who was desirous to be successful was required to be excellent in those essentialities.
