1. Summary

Beatles are the best selling brand in the history of popular music, and four decades after their break-up, their recordings are still in demand. In this context we have came to know about the importance of team work and the skills to create and maintain positive working environment and motivate and inspire the team members to take a positive approach to work and be highly committed. There was team building activities to ensure that members of the team have the opportunity to share their views and feelings in a safe environment where their opinion is valued and mutual respect is encouraged. They had some team building activities which was really enjoyable too. And this helped their learning more powerful and fun too. They have nurtured, and developed the full potential of their team members and they have created brand within a brand. The learning process should be never ending process even we reach the skies.

2. Introduction

The Beatles were an English rock band, formed in Liverpool in 1960, and one of the most commercially successful and critically acclaimed acts in the history of popular music. From 1962, the group consisted of John Lenon (rhythm guitar, vocals), Paul McCartney (bass guitar, vocals), George Harrison (lead guitar, vocals) and Ringo Starr (drums, vocals).

The purpose of developing a teaching strategy for The Beatles Principle is to teach the students about effective team work and to work as a good team. Thus, developing a successful team. The 4 principles used by Beatles to promote a successful team are:

Beatles Principle Number 1: Invest in and build face time between team members well before they are asked to pitch to a client.

Beatles Principle Number 2: Evolve your “songs” and bring the same level of ideas, new perspectives, excitement, and enthusiasm to your hundredth meeting with a client that you brought to the first.
