In 1983, the Texas Real Estate Commission awarded accreditation to Champions School of Real Estate®. Rita Santamaria founded Champions School of Real Estate® and is currently the owner and president of the school. Rita has personally received the 2007 Texas Women’s Council of Realtor’s Business Woman of the Year Award and was inducted into the Realtor Hall of Fame in 2003 by the NAR® Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council. Rita was recently listed by ActiveRain.com among the Top 25 Most Influential Women in Real Estate in the nation. Champions offers courses in real estate, loan origination, appraisal and inspection. All subject areas of real estate for receiving a license, continuing education and higher-level designation courses are available at this Pinnacle Awardwinning school. Individuals who wish to take any course of study in real estate, loan origination, appraisal or inspection are invited to attend classes in person, take a home study correspondence course or use our online campus for courses.
