5.0 Introduction

The chapter will analysis survey response about the research problems. The data analysis will be done in a systematic and comprehensive some systematic procedures will be devised and used, such as use of verbatim quotations from the transcripts facilitates transparency. Then critically evaluate the findings associated with theories reviewed and the author’s practical experience, proper answers will be given to the research problems. At the mean time with the evaluation, recommendations will be made to improve the way that Bluetooh in China chose subcontractors. Finally, interviews will be arranged to test the evaluated processes.

5.1 Data Analysis

The objective of the data analysis was to evaluate the subcontractor selection process undertaken in Bluetooth in China. Chapter 3: literature review recommended an ideal Method for Assessing Software Subcontractors (MASS). Interviews for senior IS development director and project managers in both Bluetooth in China and KYE Inc produced pages of field notes. And in total, 15 copies of completed questionnaires (41.7%) were returned. Table 5.1 showed the detailed information about survey response.
