Q- State the administrative agency which controls the regulation. Explain why this agency and your proposed regulation interests you (briefly). Will this proposed regulation affect you or the business in which you are working? If so, how? Submit a copy of the proposed regulation along with your responses to these five questions. The proposed regulation can be submitted as either a separate Word document (.doc) or Adobe file (.pdf). A: The administrative agency of my choice is the Defense Acquisition

Regulations System, Department of Defense (DoD). At first I was looking for some new rules proposed by the state department of Education, then I stumbled into this new proposed rule. It was something I was thinking about for a longtime. It is hard to be ethical while surrounded with unethical people. When I moved to America from a very corrupt country. I was amazed with the ethics of Americans. Year after year, I started to notice more and more corruption, fraud. I am also an American taxpayer now, so this rule concerns me as much as it concern many other people with high ethics. We should all work together to keep it the why I found it 15 years ago.

Q. Describe the proposal/change

A: The Defense Department is proposing a rule that requires contractors to display the DoD fraud hotline poster in common work areas.

Also a copy of the code of business ethics and conduct must be furnished to each employee involved in the performance of the contract. In addition, the contractor is required to promote compliance with its code.
