CLUB IT

Club IT mission is of course, to become and remain profitable. In addition to turning a profit, club IT seek to provide an entertainment environment and provide employment to a few people, and outreach opportunities for the community. Club IT target clientele is of all ages, professional set; of course the minimum age of admission is 21 because alcohol is available. The music for the 21 year olds to 29 years of age would be played on the mp3 playlist, from 29 years old to 40 years old would be played by a live D J, the older group of 40 years old and older would have live bands. This provides music for all ages.

The information technology department is responsible for utilizing available technological resources in order to improve the overall business operation of the club. The department is also responsible for implementing and maintaining various functional area systems to maximize effectiveness. It also responsible for operational strategies such as dress codes, I D checks, and customers satisfaction on a one on one basis. It also takes pride in customer’s happiness.

One such system is a Customer Relations Management system. A CRM will allow CLUB IT to better serve its customers by identifying trends and offering the most popular promotions more often. Customers should have a say in what the club offers, and an effective CRM system will allow this influence. Customers should be able to plan events, purchase tickets to events, and reserve VIP seating via an online CRM portal. These features will save time and make their experience at Club IT more enjoyable.

A CRM is an invaluable tool in a customer-driven industry. A positive and unique experience will keep customers coming back for more.
