1. Current Marketing Situation

Nowadays, Hong Kong life style is rapid. The public are under great stress, social activities therefore becomes more often. You may have to attend more than one event, even more. However, sometimes you may feel that single clothing may not suitable for different occasions. Even though you can carry other clothing by us, it may make you inconvenient.

In current market, common washing store services such as dry cleaning and laundry, suede and leather cleaning, handbag cleaning, pick-up and delivery service and special stains removal service. About the pick-up and delivery service, they only help customers use the service at the same place. They cannot help customer deliver their clothes to anywhere they want.

Another potential competitor is express company, which provides fast and reliable service to deliver your post such as DHL, UPS and other local express company. These companies have strong network to ensure deliver post on time, but they have not professional knowledge and experience to handle clothing when delivering.

2. Objectives

I plan to open a store by following MTR system including Tsuen Wan station.

I have set aggressive but achievable objectives from the first year to third year of market entry.

First 1 year’s objectives (short term):

During the initial 2 years, I are aiming to have family members for 700. Also, the sales objective reaches to $1,000,000.

Second to third year objectives (long term):

Our second to third year’s objectives aim to develop more family members for total over 1700. Also, the sales objective will increase to $1,100,000 each year.

3. Issues:

In relation to the service launch, our major issue is to establish a quality membership system. The system will be allowed a family as a unit to register.
