• Make a list of the things you would like to change about yourself.

• Answer : Firstly I want to quit my habit of smoking, sleep earlier, and be punctual.

• Then list the benefits to you (and others) of each change.

• Answer : If I will quit smoking my dad will be the happiest person on earth and I want it to happen soon, going earlier to bed will surely keep me healthy and my mom happy, being punctual will keep me happy and all others whom I kept waiting.

• Come up with three suggestions how you can do your job/studies better, faster, and more effectively:

(a) Time management.

(b) Planning.

(c) Determination.

• List the areas in your life where lack of discipline is hurting you. Estimate its cost to you.

• Answer : Punctuality is the biggest lack ness in me and I bear its cost almost in every step.
