In these days, Steve Jobs isn't the only CEO who steps up on a stage full of eager audience to introduce and describe the newest products and innovations that his company is bringing to market. But he does it with more flair and persuasive than the rest of them. Standing on the stage with his trademark black turtle neck, holding Apple's latest invention, Steve Jobs has a different kind of ability to make it seem like absolutely the coolest thing in the entire world.

Apple as a company did not invent the computer, the MP3 player, the smartphone or the touchpad screen. But, with Steve Jobs, all of these technological devices get a new meaning. I just think that, Apple redefined all of these gadgets with an emphasis on technology, different design and user friendly usage.

According to the article, Apple CEO Steve Jobs is leaving the company for medical reasons for the second time in 24 months. He said this fact in a memo to Apple employees on Monday, January 17. He said that he would won’t remain CEO and continue to be involved in major strategic decisions by the company. He said he hopes to return as soon as possible, but he didn’t give an exact time to come back.

According to the article, the plans are no doubt taking shape for 2012 and beyond. Jobs recently revealed that the company was working on the iPad even before the debut of the iPhone in 2007. This shows that the innovations, the new devices are not just related to the CEO’s or board of managements, they are also have to be planned and processed for long times. And this may be a good answer which is Apple could still have a good and successful future, even after Steve Jobs. But, there is no doubt that Steve Jobs is the key in the success of Apple. And in my opinion, he contributed more to make Apple successful than any other CEO’s we can compare him to. But the company will survive and probably thrive well after he decided to leave, and shareholders shouldn't panic when he officially leaves.
