Take the lead in my Learning Team forum and organize our first assignments with the input of my teammates.

Continue to follow-up with my teammates and encourage them to meet the schedule outlined by the team. Also make certain I fulfill my obligations to the team and the class.

3) This month?

Continue to build relationships and encourage classmates to meet expected goals. Offer useful participation posts that will benefit the entire class and ensure I meet my grade requirements.

4) This year?

Continue to follow the goals outlined above for all future classes with all future learning teams.

Continue to apply time management skills and goal setting abilities to all future courses. Apply what I learn through each course to improve my skills as I advance through the program.
