Ethics in the Organization
Our ethical values set the ground rules for all employees of The Silent Representatives. We are aware of the significance of promise-keeping, honesty, fairness, respect for others, compassion and integrity that brings us our success as an organization. We are devoted to continuing high ethical values in all our operations, throughout all of our offices. We believe in respect for the person and society freedoms.
When it comes to promise-keeping, we know not to make any promises that we cannot keep and will go to great measures to maintain our commitments. We will maintain honesty and never report any information that is false or misleading. We will follow a process created by our company that is unbiased and non-prejudiced. We will show respect for others by being open and straightforward in our communications. We will show compassion by being responsive to the needs of others and meeting those needs when possible. We will abide by The Silent Representatives ethical values no matter what confrontations and risks that may come about.
As a social responsible business, we take pleasure in making financial contributions to charities that are going on throughout our communities. We encourage all of our employees to get involved with a charity and help promote events that are going on within it. The Silent Representatives are active in “going green”. Because we have over 250 offices domestically and internationally, we encourage our employees and the community to be environmentally friendly. As a domestic and international business, we promote diversity in our workplace. We believe diversity can increase creativity, business image, and marketing opportunities.
