In this forever changing time, in the business world today, people can all appreciate customer satisfaction, employee involvement, and continuous improvement.   In order to ensure the best quality products, employees should be able to utilize a statistical tool in Operations Research and Total Quality Management, This statistical tool is known as Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) or the Kruskal-Wallis Test. In order to get the best testing results of nonparametric test if it is proven it must be tested. This must be done in addition, when testing two or more samples using the ANOVA or other nonparametric tests. This is useful and is usually the most accurate way to determine if all samples are coming from the same distribution. When the sum of the mean is determined, the ANOVA test will then provide statistical evidence that the results is in correct ranking order. Multiple items of the same group are used when comparing the ANOVA nonparametric to other nonparametric tests. . The possibilities are narrowed down and this makes it also beneficial of not choosing the wrong test methods. The ANOVA nonparametric testing method generates one of each parameters and one that measures relationships between two parameters. One other key point is that it is a two-way experiment that has three p- values also (Doane and Seward, 2007).
