OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

Objectives of the study are classified into two types. They are primary objectives and secondary objectives.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

To study on Job Satisfaction among the employees of Chennai Port Trust.

SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:

To know about the satisfaction of the employees towards Pay and Benefits provided at Chennai Port Trust.

To know about employees attitude towards company’s policies and procedures.

To evaluate the satisfaction level of the employees regarding the working condition at Chennai Port Trust.

To know the interpersonal relationship existing between the employees of Chennai Port Trust.

To offer valuable suggestions to improve the satisfaction level of the employees of Chennai Port Trust.
