Job Analysis for new sales team at InterClean, Inc.

The new sales team at InterClean will be responsible for four job duties as a team. Different departments of the team will be responsible for different duties, and a team leader will oversee all departments.

1) Find and close on new accounts. We are still trying to expand our customer base, and with our new business direction, we can offer a wider variety of services and products to our customers. We will need an aggressive market expansion strategy if we are to stay ahead of our competitors in this area.

2) Bring current accounts up to speed on InterClean, Inc.’s new business plan and also with current regulation and compliance issues affecting the industry. Although we are concentrating on our new business direction and expansion, we do not want to lose our current clients. We will give them proper information so they will feel confident we can still provide them with excellent service, along with the knowledge of what our service can provide for them, as well as how we will keep them current with industry standards.

3) Ensure all accounts are in good financial and business standing. We will attempt to merge the clients from EnviroTech’s client list with ours and get all accounts up to date with payments, services, and start offering regular training classes to the employees of our customers.

4) Establish and grow good long-term relationships with all accounts. As we grow, we want to be sure that we are still available to our clients if they have questions, problems, or concerns. The fostering of solid, long-term relationships will cement us as a leader in the field, as well as provide good references for prospective new clients.
