1. Nowadays in our super stores we can find any kind food, whatever we want. But at the same time people even don’t know what they buy, and do not care about the utility or harmful effects of these products. Some people don’t even ask themselves how that product had been done? They just look at the beautiful label and buy it. Because of this kind of problem, I’ve chosen two types of sour-milky products and made some kind of research of its credibility being guided by articles. And then I’ll try to prove that some of the labeled products should not be used for consumption, otherwise it may lead to some terrible diseases. At the beginning I’ll tell you about shubat, it is a milky product, made of camel’s milk. Afterwards, there will be information about well-known “Chudo tvorozhok” with whortleberry.

Firstly, I’d like to begin with shubat, showing you all information which I could find. Trade name of this product is “Shubat”. It made of natural camel’s milk and some milky bacteria crops. The technology of preparing of shubat is much easier than kumys. According to the article (n.d.): “In order to make perfect shubat, the first thing, that should be done is to set the leaven to the wooden tub, then fill in this tub with fresh camel’s milk. After that, close the cork and leave it to twenty four hours for souring.”(p.1)

Now I would like to tell you about significance and impact of this product, especially on health. I have found in article that shubat is some kind of source of vitamins A, B1, B2, C. Vitamins B1, B2 and C in shubat exceed to many times cow’s milk by content. Also it was said that one liter of this product can satisfy daily need of organism in vitamin C, thiamine and riboflavin.
