diversity Index.
Allstate has excelled in the insurance industry as a highly regarded insurance provider
and a diversity focused entity. At Allstate, diversity is critical to meeting the needs of the diverse
customers that they serve. In truth, inclusive diversity is one of the company’s core values. At
Allstate inclusive diversity is definite as the collective mixture of all differences in their
workforce, marketplace and community.
Diversity defines what Allstate is and what they believe in, holding each other personally
and professionally accountable to welcome all as they strive to win in a diverse global
marketplace. Allstate has made inclusive diversity a central division of their business strategy.
The strategy is set and guided by an Executive Diversity Council and implemented by a Chief
