There are 5 different diet plans that need to be followed 4 days in a row. i.e DIET 1 will be followed for the first 4 days, then move on to DIET 2 for the next 4 days..so on and so forth.

RULE 1 - Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water each day. Make sure the water you drink is not cold. You can also substitute water with green tea.

RULE 2 - Every morning you need do drink a warm glass of water with lemon and honey. This helps to start burning ur fat early in the day.

RULE 3 - Don't drink water during your meal.

RULE 4 - Exercise!

DIET 1 (to be followed for the first 4 days)

* 2 cups coffee (with 2 Tlb milk) or fresh juice or green tea.

* 2 scrambled eggs/omelette or 1 small pot of fat free yogurt.

* 3 servings of fruit (1 whole apple, banana, pear, 1/2 cup blue berries/raspberries, strawberries)

* 1 cup cooked brown rice

* 2 cups of leafy green veg (cooked or raw)

* 1 cup fresh fruit juice.

DIET 2

* 2 cups coffee (with 2 Tlb milk) or fresh juice or green tea.

* 1 palm sized serving of fish, chicken (white)

* 1 cup cooked beans (chick peas or any daal)

* 2 cups green garden salad with 3 tsp low fat dressing

* 1 cup cooked or raw carrots

* 1 cup of sliced cucumber with low fat dressing

* 1 cup berries

* 1 apple

* 1 pear

* 1 diet drink (cola)

* 2 snacks (from any of the following)

- 2 oatcakes topped with peanut butter

- 4 large marshmellows

- 2 cups plain popcorn

- 1/2 chicken sandwich on wholegrain bread with 1 tsp low fat mayo.

DIET 3

* 2 cups coffee (with 2 Tlb milk) or fresh juice or green tea.

* 2 scrambled eggs

* 4 thin slices of chicken or turkey

* 2 servings of fruit

* 1 cup raw veggies (carrots,celery, peppers)

* 1 sandwich (chicken or tuna) wholegrain bread and 1 tsp low fat mayo.

* 1 cup beans

* 1 cup cooked brown rice

* 2 servings of cooked vegs.

DIET 4

* 2 cups coffee (with 2 Tlb milk) or fresh juice or green tea.
