1. Introduction
The purpose of this report was to investigate and identify Carole Devlin’s stress at work Faboil Ltd case study.
Carole Devlin, Project Team Leader of Faboil Ltd has been work with the company for 10 years. During her work within the organisation has to do lots of loads on her head which makes her more stress in work.
In pursuing the investigation, this report has discussed causes and effects of stress, how to co-op with stressful situation and overcome tress in work place which gives her experience no more stress in work.
2. Findings
What is Stress?
It's almost impossible to live without some stress. And most of us wouldn't want too much stress, because if stress gets out of control, it may harm your health, your relationships, and your enjoyment of life. Stress is not an illness – it is a state. However, if stress becomes too excessive and prolonged, mental and physical illness may develop.
Stress can be happened in personal life or in work. Work is generally good for people if it is well designed, but it can also be a great source of pressure. There is a difference between pressure and stress. Pressure can be positive and a motivating factor, and is often essential in a job. It can help us achieve our goals and perform better. Stress occurs when this pressure becomes excessive. Stress is a natural reaction to too much pressure in life.
