Create a hybrid theory/philosophy which combines the common elements found in the thinking of Case, Kouzes, and Drucker. In your philosophy, be sure to include the new definition of entrepreneurial leadership presented in Understanding Entrepreneurial Leadership in today’s Dynamic Markets.
The swiftness and technology of change in today's dynamic market requires new type of leadership. According to Case, Kouzes, and Drucker, an entrepreneur leadership is a guidance that is deals characteristics of being self- employed (advantage), and acts as if they’re motivated and boost his/her people. Furthermore, an entrepreneur leadership is one that motivates employees to demonstrate success through relationships and encouragement.
In Nickels (1999), an entrepreneur leader poses leadership exploration, investigate new chances, and conquer them, he/she faces dangers. This activity tends to lean a leader endeavoring into new things and showing guidance, taking blame for the downfall of his/her team, recovering from downfalls and utilizing them to discover a new plan. Entrepreneurial leadership features implanting the self-assurance to believe, conduct you, and proceed with entrepreneurship. (Nickel, 2010)
Nevertheless, entrepreneurship has put up a battle to recognize entrepreneurship and the task of an entrepreneur. This entrepreneurial leader loans his/her dream, management, and approach to a business. (Bass, 2009)
