Recession is a word being used more and more in nowadays. “Many professionals and experts around the world believe that a true economic recession can only be confirmed if GDP (Gross Domestic Product) growth is negative for a period of two or more consecutive quarters.” (Recession.org) It was started in USA, let us go back a little back in past at America. As more and more people borrowed their home loans, the demands for property raised and fueled the home prices further. There was enough money to lend to potential borrowers, the banks and loan agencies started to widen their loan disbursement reach and make the conditions much easier for people. But did they really have ability to pay back? Finally, it was like a boom dropped in our world and driving the economy to a new level. It was one of the main reason caused global recession. It also effected many other countries and brought them to face a hard economy situation.
