Our Business Communication class was instructed to go to the website: http://www.theenrichmentcenter.org/, and conduct a personality profile test. Upon completion of the test, our scores were automatically calculated, and our personality types were determined based upon the highest score followed by the second highest score. This profile test made us aware of our personality types as well as our Strengths and Weaknesses. The four distinctive personality types are Camel, Lion, Monkey, and Turtle. Each student was asked to interview two people in the class that their personality type was not the same as our own and five questions.

I interviewed Tara Manley who was classified as a Turtle and Jennifer Frick with a lion type personality. Tara Manley’s reaction to the personality profile test regarding her strength is that she is an easygoing person, who doesn’t like confrontation, nor does she get upset easily, unless it involves her family. Most of the time she is in a hurry; she also has a dry sense of humor, and always has concerns and compassion in everything that she does. On the other hand, she did not agree with her weaknesses. Tara felt that the personality profiling test was about 75% accurate with regards to her strength and weaknesses, she was also aware of this test because she had taken it in the past. In contrast, Jennifer Frick agreed with her strength and weaknesses as a Choleric. She felt that the personality-profiling test was 100% correct and it matched her lion personality all the way around. However, as a Camel I agreed with my strengths more than I did my weaknesses.
