Problem Statement:

The rapid loss of our employee over the past three year has reduced the growth of the company

Purpose and scope of work

 The purpose of this study to find out why our employee is not taking interest to work with us .How we can overcome these problems. How we can retain them in the company. The brain drain from the organization gives the negative impressions towards the stakeholders and the management itself. Hiring an employee and retaining him it’s a difficult task itself. What can be the factors which are restricting employees to work as the team and causing a sense of loneliness in the company.. If a firm issues a newsletter will it be helpful in developing the sense of community among the employees. The purpose is to judge the motivational techniques which can be used and its effects among the employees to resolve the issue.
