Comprehensive Case: “Muffler Magic”

Read the “Muffler Magic” case and write a four-to-five (4-5) page report that answers the following:

1.      Specify three (3) recommendations about the functions of recruiting, selection, and training that you think Ron Brown should be addressing with his HR manager now. Ron Brown should have a meeting with his management team and go thoroughly through an inspection process to roll out to all technicians and have his HR team to follow through with vigorous training material. If I’m Ron Brown I will have my HR Team to have a vetting process for all new hire Team members as well.

2.      Write three (3) questions for a structured interview form that Ron Brown’s service center managers can use to interview experienced technicians. (Note: do not list possible answers.)

            Here you can portray yourself as an ideal candidate for your prospective employer. If you have any specific experience in the automobile sector or if you have been indulged in to sales, you can positively add this to your answer. However be ready to face some knowledge-based questions.

            This question gives an open dialogue to get the candidate perspective of how he/she would handle hostile challenges in the work place.
