InterClean Job Analysis

Job Analysis:

There are a couple methods I am going to use that will give me the necessary knowledge of the sales positions that we are looking to fill and create a new team. The methods used are as follows job performance, interview, and structured questionnaires. My reasoning behind choosing these three areas is so that I can fill the positions to fit the image and goal that we at InterClean are striving to accomplish. Knowledge of job performance is essential in the analysis development so that the understanding of what is necessary to perform at top notch and push results it detrimental to the sales team. Interviewing the executive board acquiring information on what type of goals do we have beyond the production aspects, more along the lines of customer service, ethics, and product knowledge? I also chose structured questionnaires so that I can get a better understanding what type of environment is desired by employees as well as cliental.

Job Duties:

* Product knowledge, our sales revolves around what we know about our products and services so that we can better fit what we have to offer to our clients instead of them fitting to us due to low knowledge.

* Customer comes first, personable personalities are necessary it is necessary for the sales team to be able to develop a trusting relationship with our clients. So that way we not only have a one time customer but lifetime customer for all of their cleaning needs.

* Team player: each of our sales team members need to be able to communicate with each other. We can not have a workplace environment where everyone feels like it is not an every person for themselves atmosphere. We need team players that will help each other out when we are stuck in a rut; we fail as a team, and succeed as a team!

* Desire: there needs to be a fire for what we do, there needs to be a drive to want to help people not...
