Decisions in Paradise, Part Two

The objective of this Decision in Paradise, Part Two assignment, discusses the decision-making technique used to identify the solutions for Kava. An analysis of steps used in applying the decision-making model in Kava is identified, along with the influences and impacts of the proposed solutions.

The vision of the organization is rooted in spiritual values, dedicated to providing high-quality service to improve the lifestyle of others in the United States and abroad. Organizational values include collaboration with others to assessing and creating solutions that meet the needs of individuals and diverse communities. The organizational goal is to become stewards of community resources and establishing a commitment to being medically, socially, financially, legally, and environmentally responsible. We share a devotion to providing superior quality and cost-efficient, innovative, and compassionate solutions for all. We collaborate with our community, government, employees, volunteers, and vendors, to achieve our Mission. Our goal is to support research and implementation of innovative technology to expand our knowledge and the knowledge of others. In addition to these, we support the community in the areas of social, psychological, intellectual, and spiritual growth. We have high ethical standards and expect integrity, fairness, and respect in all our relationships (Memorial Hermann, 2011).

Evaluating the solutions for Kava takes precision and accuracy. In the process of decision-making, we measured criteria in relation to its relative importance to the decision.
