Now that the training and mentoring program has been implanted it is now time to implement the performance and career management program. This will continue to with the manager with the alignment of the company.

The performance management plan includes activities that will determined that the team and individual goals are met. The plan management is designed to help teammates realize that training, hard work and commitment is not all that is needed to achieve the designed goals. The major focus that we should as a team as well as a company is achieving our goals. Alone with the previous training the sales team with will be trained to engage diversity with facilities managers, health care professionals, and others management within the company.

The individual performance appraisal system with the formulation of the new sales team he or she will have a ninety day probation period, which will be followed up by a formal evaluation this will determined if he or she will be good long-term fit for the organization. The employee will receive a copy of the appraisal form alone with a set time for the evaluation to take place. This appraisal allows the manager and the employee to come together and assess the performance and establish future performance goals at the company.

Employee feedback is important part of improving performance in the current level. It’s what’s used to maintain high performance and improve of poor performance. Feedback is used by the managers to help the employee gage where they stand. Constructive feedback which targets specific changes to be made in a certain time frame is needed in order to help the employee stay focus on the individual and company goals.
