Sony is a product-oriented company and they often design their products keeping in mind the quality and consistency of the product. They also keep on trying to make innovative and superior products so as to increase their market share.

MARKETING CONCEPT

The Marketing Concept holds that the key to achieving organizational goals consists of the company being more effective than competitors in creating, delivering and communicating customer value to its chosen target markets.

Sony follows the marketing concept as they make products which are more effective and innovative than their competitors.
