Business Ethics

It was once said, “Good people do not need laws to tell them to act responsibly,

while bad people will find a way around the laws” (Plato, 339 BC).

These are very wise words that carry a lot of self awareness to oneself along with the

business you represent.

Having proper ethics within yourself allows that structure to be passed on to other

relationships and professions.

Ethics can be defined in 3 words.

1) Honesty

2) Value

3) Morals

The meaning of these three words have given me the opportunity to help others

enrich their lives in so many different ways, along with the ability to carry them with me

to share in the business I work with.

Having an inner desire to love and respect what the job entails, along with having

the proper knowledge of what you are portraying to your subject allows you to portray

the honesty and really get the value of what your business offers to a prospective or

current client, or even a fellow co-worker.

Ethic’s lies within you as a person, and you carry that along to the relationship you are

with.

Working along with the largest college university in the country, the personal

ethics I carry with me and share with my position fits in perfect well with what I do.

Within my organization, I take a great pride in providing the knowledge and options to a

prospective student looking to reinvent themselves in a positive manner. With the

professional knowledge that I am able to pass along to others, this strengthens the ethic’s

that I hold within myself which makes me a credible asset which strengthens any

business.

The organization I am a part of carry’s a strong code of ethic’s as a company, and

towards its students and its employee’s.
