Personal Values

In today’s society people have their own beliefs pertaining to what is important and morally correct based on upbringing environment, religious beliefs and etc.. The most important aspect of the foundation of society is having morals and ethics. If morality and ethics did not exist this world would be a very chaotic, evil, and more corruptive. On an individual basis, personal values would depend on how the individual view certain issues which is of importance to them. Believe it or not, possessing morals and ethics does determine the way others see you which may hinder and possibly increase opportunities to prosper in careers or any endeavor. Having a positive disposition can increase the development of good strong relationships and success in life.

Usually morality and ethics are established by parents, church, laws, environment and role models. I remember as a young child the morals and ethics were instilled in me at an early age that now as an adult I stand by those very principals which are engraved in my heart and mind. In today’s society there is a strong belief in higher power that power depends on the culture and religious beliefs. There are that believe in patriotism of serving their country. Others may have beliefs that rebirth means the reincarnation of ones soul to enter a living body here on earth. Others may have beliefs that having morals and a code of ethics are the same and you cannot have one without the other. The definition of morality is the eminence of life form concurrent by means of values of true and great or a structure of good and bad behavior. The definition of ethics is considered to be a set of principles or right conduct, the study of the general nature of morals and of the specific moral choices to be made by a person. Morality and ethics are essential in having great character traits that will be accepted and inviting by others.
