You sound like you're a misfit in your work. But it would work to your favor to begin talking casually to people. 

Are you a new and overzealous proselyte to a type of "hard-core Christianity" that you take the "you are not of this world." phrase literally and dislike associating with the other employees in other things than work? 

Were you a former drug addict who retained some "bangag" mannerisms or medyo na-overdose? Do you have bloodshot eyes and talk like murmurring? 

Do you use deodorant? Do you brush your teeth?

Do you smile? Do you say "Hi" or "Hello" or good morning? Do you offer them food? 

Obviously, you are not liked at work. Now if you say it's ok and you'll be happy being so, then there's a problem. You'll be the problem talaga. Who would like to be disliked, after all? 

I think mas bagay ka sa tv or movie production where people use people. Or, if you cannot resolve to interact with people, maybe you would fit in a farm--tending to plants and animals.

^  Invest in your relationships with people. Deposit goodwill wherever you can even without the expectation of anything in return. Cause it does return. A thousandfold.

This is what you are facing. It appears that ang dami masyadong negative points ng evaluation mo. If you think these points are fabricated by your soop and it ends up being brought up in court, the only way these points can be countered is if you have 1 or 2 fellow employees who can testify in your behalf. Kaso it seems that you don't have friends among your fellow employees who will "stand up" for you to testify against your soop. Kahit na totoo ang sinasabi mo and lahat ito kasinungalingan ng soop mo, you still have to prove it with third party testimony.
