Executive Summary

Lennon Interiors is a proposed business project that will offer interior design for South Florida, which will include all three counties in South Florida. The metropolitan area covers the following counties: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. LennonĀ Interiors will also provide design-consulting services that will include both residential as well as businesses. This project will offer my personal service that encumbers my visions that will be affordable based on the targeted market.

A few years ago, market research would show a need for interior designing in this area. Unfortunately, the past few years has shown a decrease in the need for this area of service. This is where Lennon Interiors steps in, based on these findings if you have a targeted sector of businesses and neighborhoods you can reach this market. The population of South Florida is about 5.5 million, and it holds five of the highest income neighborhoods.

Lennon Interiors will concentrate on the development of a professional, unyielding and devoted cliental based on our work, and experiences.
